Keyboard stalled

My acer notbook is without the winzip file. However on receipt of a zipfile I try opening it. Then my notebook keeping buffing all the time and tge keyboard is not responding when i wanted to type or stop the process.

Hello, if this happens again you could restart your PC. If you want to open a zip file you can download windup before you try and open it next time. This should prevent your laptop from freezing.
